Sales Customer Solution Strategy Lead at Cloudflare

Serves as strategic advisor for high-value accounts, bridging commercial relationships and pre-sales technical engineering to drive customer adoption and business value.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, New York, NY

About the Role

The Pre-Sales Customer Engineering organization owns the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. Customer Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, experienced and curious team.

What you’ll do as a Solution Strategy Lead

Scaling Cloudflare’s most complex and critical accounts requires unparalleled focus. While Client Directors own the commercial relationships and Customer Engineers drive pre-sales, this role serves as the essential strategic link bridging the two. As a dedicated trusted advisor for 1–5 of our highest-value accounts, you will take a deeply consultative approach to map the customer’s entire technical ecosystem. You will drive enterprise-wide transformation from initial strategic positioning through the complete customer lifecycle.

You are the single thread connecting high-level strategy to flawless execution, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. While not a “hands-on-keyboard” engineering role, you possess the technical acumen to proactively steer complex engagements and step in decisively when it matters most.

Platform Focus Areas

Accelerate ARR growth by orchestrating parallel expansion motions across three distinct platform domains.

App Modernization

  • Scope: Migration from legacy application architectures to Cloudflare’s edge platform. Includes moving workloads from on-premise or hyperscale compute to Workers, consolidating storage on R2, and modernizing data layers with D1 and Durable Objects, all while considering security posture.
  • Stakeholders: VP Engineering, Platform Architects, Infrastructure leads, CISO

Developer

  • Scope: Adoption of Cloudflare’s developer platform for new application development. Workers, Workers KV, Pages, Queues, Durable Objects, R2, D1. Positioning Cloudflare as the compute and storage layer for net-new projects.
  • Stakeholders: VP Engineering, Developer Experience leads, Platform teams

AI

  • Scope: Adoption of Cloudflare’s AI infrastructure for inference and orchestration. Workers AI, Vectorize, AI Gateway. Positioning Cloudflare as the AI inference layer at the edge.
  • Stakeholders: CTO, Head of AI/ML, Data Platform leads

Core Accountabilities

Develop account-specific adoption plans across App Modernization, Developer, and AI. Map customer workloads to Cloudflare capabilities. Define sequencing and milestones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate SE, CS, and Product resources against adoption milestones. Run account team operating rhythm. Ensure internal alignment on customer priorities.

Technical Executive Relationships

Build relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform Architects. Engage technical decision-makers on platform strategy. CD retains procurement and CFO relationships.

Expansion Development

Identify and qualify platform expansion opportunities. Hand off to CD when commercial-ready. This individual builds the case; CD closes the deal.

Voice of Customer to Product

Bring strategic customer requirements into Product roadmap discussions. Provide quarterly briefings on adoption patterns, blockers, and feature needs.

Success Metrics

Customer-Facing Positioning

  • To customer executives, this role helps them realize value from Cloudflare’s entire platform:
    • An expert and trusted advisor; peer to their architects and technical leads
    • Focused on Platform adoption and business outcomes, not transactions
    • Turns platform capabilities into production workloads and business value

The Profile

  • Architectural Command: 10+ years of experience in Customer Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Consulting, or Technical Strategy within a global SaaS or infrastructure environment.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and internal product leads simultaneously.
  • Relentless Curiosity: A natural obsession with “How it works” and “How it could be better.” You are driven to discover the architectural truth behind every customer challenge.
  • Bias for Action: You don’t just identify problems; you build the “Formation” to solve them. You are comfortable in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • 7+ years of deployment experience in similar role or experience in a technical leadership role
  • Previous experience as a Customer Engineer leader, consultant or technical marketing engineer building, architecting or deploying security solutions
  • Good understanding of AI, security challenges and its applicability to today’s enterprise landscape
  • Proven track record using AI to help drive revenue
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations
  • Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
  • Proven experience working with customers and partners in successful design and deployment of solutions

  • Experience with cloud computing solutions implementations including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, AWS

Content Head of Content at Compound Financial

Lead content strategy, production, and distribution across multiple channels including newsletters, blog, social, and PR while personally writing high-leverage marketing materials.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Overview

Compound Planning is a high-growth digital family office with over $5B in AUM added since 2022. We serve entrepreneurs, professionals, and retirees through a powerful combination of personalized financial advisory and a proprietary technology platform. Our cross-functional team of advisors, tax experts, engineers, and operators is building the financial institution of the future, one grounded in rigor, client trust, and operational excellence.

Content is Compound’s primary driver of organic growth — roughly 10K monthly visitors, 100 signups, and dozens of advisory intro meetings a month flow through it today, and it’s now the backbone for every new channel we’re testing, from digital ads to advisor recruiting. As Marking Content Lead, you will own and scale that engine end to end: strategy, production, agencies, and distribution — giving the Head of Marketing leverage to focus on growth experiments, new channels, and the initiatives that move Compound toward profitability.

This is not a junior writing role. You’ll inherit a working system — The Manual, Compound Interests, Compound Conversations, public relations, social, and product marketing — and you’re expected to run it with minimal oversight, write the highest-leverage pieces yourself, and push our agencies and partners already in place. You have final editorial say on what ships.

What You’ll Do

Own the Content Engine

  • Take full editorial and operational ownership of The Manual, Compound Interests, Compound Conversations, public relations, brand/exec social, and product marketing

  • Set and drive content strategy — topics, themes, timing — in partnership with the Head of Marketing, who remains involved at the strategic level

  • Manage the compliance submission and approval workflow, and own publishing to the CMS and newsletter platform

  • Identify advisor subject-matter experts and turn their expertise into published content across formats

Write the High-Leverage Work Yourself

  • Personally write email, landing pages, decks, and social copy where quality and speed matter most — without needing review cycles to ship

  • Build and defend a point of view on Compound’s ICP and how advisors think, so content decisions don’t require checking in

Run Compound Conversations

  • Own topic and panelist selection, agenda-setting, and advisor coordination for the monthly series

  • Write landing page copy, hold advisors accountable for skeleton decks, and polish materials for delivery

  • Write and distribute email/social promotion to drive attendance

  • Build the derivative-content pipeline from event transcripts and recordings, and grow the series to new audiences and formats

Manage Agencies and Partners

  • Own and optimize relationships with StoryArb and other growth/content partners — push on output, quality and strategy rather than manage logistics

  • Manage copy, PR, and ad agency relationships and improve their ROI

  • Own digital ad copywriting and creative review

Scale What’s Working

  • Increase output, consistency, and quality across formats without adding headcount-heavy overhead

  • Build the connective tissue between content and other functions — flagging where content-to-pipeline handoffs break down and partnering with RevOps to fix them

  • Own email lifecycle content, from onboarding sequences to reengagement campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing agencies (copy, PR, ads) and driving them without heavy hand-holding

  • Strong personal writing ability — you can produce polished emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy yourself, not just direct others who do

  • Background in wealth management or personal finance content (preferred, but not required); fintech familiarity a plus

  • A track record of owning a content function end-to-end — from strategy to production to distribution — with minimal oversight

  • Comfortable operating as the sole senior content voice in the org, with authority to make final editorial calls

  • Strong project management instincts — juggling a multi-format content calendar, agency relationships, and advisor coordination simultaneously

  • AI-Native

The Opportunity

This role suits a senior, scrappy content operator ready for full ownership of a content engine that’s already working — not someone looking to build a content function from zero, and not someone who wants heavy strategic direction from above. You’ll have real autonomy, a direct line to the Head of Marketing, and the mandate to take Compound’s content flywheel from “working” to “compounding.”

Engineer Automation Test Engineer at Skyward

Designs and maintains automated test frameworks for web apps, APIs, and AI-driven features, including model validation and bias detection pipelines.

Mid Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We are Skyward.

That is, a love for people, for improvement, for human advancement through information technology. We are a people-centered business with a desire to serve others. We are diverse and unified; creative and collaborative; a collection of complementary, not competing talents. And though on the surface we remain relaxed, beneath, a torrent of energy links us to our civic tech mission.

We stand by our values, and we won’t compromise on any of them.

Integrity: We’re conscientious, intentional, and empathetic. Our words and actions align. That’s our character. Please don’t ask us to play another part, we’re poor actors.

Compassionate: If we may borrow a quote from Theodore Roosevelt: “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” Because our team is thoughtful and supportive, caring deeply for each other, our clients, and our work, this comes naturally.

Inquisitive: We remain students by failing openly and turning lessons into solutions.

Unconventional: For us, life isn’t what happens outside of work. Work happens inside of life and our culture erases the line often dividing the two.

Authentic: Made possible only because we embody the values listed above. We’re relaxed and fun yet intensely curious and driven. Team members are placed with thought, care, and precision to ensure that Trust, Truth, and Transparency continue to represent our brand.

Because of that, we continue Onward, Upward, and Skyward.

We need an Automation Test Engineer. Are you the kind of person who can’t look at a machine learning model without wanting to test it six different ways (and then automate all six)? Do your friends sigh when you bring up responsible AI? Maybe they’ve stopped asking what you do for work because the last time you went on a 20-minute tangent about bias in training data and flaky CI pipelines for neural nets.

If that sounds familiar, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Come join us if you’re motivated to learn from others, to learn from mistakes, to be part of a future-looking and growth-oriented team.

Let’s go Skyward together.

What you’ll do:

  • Be part of a team supporting the development of an AI/ML platform that will leverage generative AI to relieve user burden across the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks for web apps, APIs, and AI-driven features.
  • Develop automated pipelines for model validation, bias detection, and drift monitoring in ML-based systems.
  • Define and execute test plans that include functional, regression, performance, and AI-specific testing strategies.
  • Partner with AI/ML engineers to create test datasets and simulate real-world user behavior and edge cases.
  • Implement CI/CD-integrated quality gates to ensure AI releases meet defined reliability and fairness metrics.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices in intelligent automation and AI testing.
  • Advocate for ethical AI standards and contribute to cross-functional discussions about responsible AI.

What we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software QA/automation engineering, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML product testing.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting language (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with testing AI models, including validation metrics, dataset versioning, and model explainability.
  • Familiarity with tools like MLflow, TensorBoard, or similar for AI observability.
  • Understanding of model bias, fairness audits, and compliance considerations in government or regulated environments.
  • Experience working in Agile DevSecOps environments with modern CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with a knack for clear communication across engineering, data science, and product teams.

What would blow us away:

  • You’ve previously supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply. At Skyward, we’re focused on hiring individuals with the right skills and passion to grow, not just checking off every box.

And now the important part. What we offer you:

  • Medical, dental, vision insurance
  • 15 days of paid leave
  • 7 days of sick leave
  • 2 days bereavement leave
  • 11 paid Federal holidays
  • Up to 40 hours for jury duty
  • 401K with 4% employer contribution (and no vesting period)
  • Up to 4 weeks of paid paternity and maternity leave
  • Company provided laptop
  • $5,000 per year for professional development
  • $600 per year for technical supplies and equipment
  • $2,000 referral bonus
  • Life and disability insurance
  • HSA and FSA
  • Legal Shield and ID Shield Voluntary Benefits
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, motivated team focused on modernizing government services with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. Who says government work can’t be exciting!

Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance due to the nature of our work as a government contractor.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Sales Strategic Partnerships Manager (Contractor) at CareerVillage.org

Build and maintain relationships with coalition members, manage day-to-day operations for a cross-sector AI governance initiative, and drive partnership growth across institutions.

Mid Remote Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Do you believe that where someone starts in life shouldn’t determine how far they can go? Do you believe AI can be a force for good, and that the social sector has a real opportunity to shift who holds power over it, so these tools can effectively serve people on the margins? Do you think the people whose jobs AI is already reshaping deserve a real say in how it’s governed? Are you a systems thinker who would rather change the conditions than patch the symptoms? Are you energized by bringing a cross-sector community together to make that real? If this is checking off boxes for you, please keep reading.

About CareerVillage:

CareerVillage is a global tech nonprofit with a mission to democratize access to career information and advice for underrepresented youth. We do this through Coach, our AI-powered career coaching platform, and through our open-access Q&A platform where anyone can ask any question about any career. Our work has reached more than 11 million learners since 2011. We also founded and convened the AI for Career Development Coalition (AICD), a growing cross-sector coalition of practitioners, institutions, employers, funders, and technology builders working toward responsible AI in career navigation.

About the role:

CareerVillage is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help build, grow, and sustain AICD, the coalition setting the standard for responsible AI in career navigation. AI could transform how people find and navigate work, opening economic mobility to people who have never had access to good career guidance. It could also do the opposite, hardening the gaps that already exist and leaving the biggest decisions in the hands of a powerful few. What the field is missing is a shared sense of what good looks like, and a way to govern these tools that includes the practitioners closest to learners and the people meant to benefit from them.

Luckily, that work has already begun. >200 diverse institutions have joined AICD, dedicated to setting shared standards and coordinating the field. Growing it well now means becoming more sophisticated in how we operate: stronger systems, deeper partnerships, and a dedicated owner for the coalition’s day-to-day.

You’ll be the person who keeps AICD organized and its members engaged while building the relationships that help the coalition grow. This is an independent contributor role with real leadership opportunities and a strategic-partnerships mandate. The AICD lead remains the coalition’s lead and public face; you build their capacity, make the coalition run, and help it grow. You’ll report to the Director of Development, who is the lead AICD facilitator, and work in a highly cross-functional capacity, collaborating regularly with our marketing and partnerships teams.

This is a full-time contractor role (~40 hours/week) with a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time employee position within the first 6-12 months and path to a more senior position in the organization, depending on organizational capacity and fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle AICD’s day-to-day operations and administration: manage member onboarding , own calendaring and convening coordination, and serve as the first line of response for member questions
  • Build and maintain the systems that keep members connected and collaborative over time, such as a shared knowledge hub, and vet other tools worth adopting
  • Nurture the community by planning and executing events, developing member resources, engaging our online member community and the other spaces where members show up
  • Interface with members directly to stay close to what they actually need, and be an extra ear to the ground
  • Project-manage AICD’s grant-funded deliverables and help execute against committed timelines, coordinate members and research partners to keep the coalition’s benchmarking work on track, and help push in-progress field resources and artifacts to completion
  • Support the AICD lead: build slide decks, take notes, act as a thought partner, handle convening and meeting logistics so they can focus on facilitation, and draft member communications for them to send
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective strategic members, and support our broader field-building strategy
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on member communications, including a newsletter and website, and stay current on developments in the ecosystem relevant to AICD’s work

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships and/or community building, ideally in workforce or career development
  • Experience operating in small or scrappy organizations. You know how to make things happen without specialized teams around you, and you’re energized by building processes as the work grows rather than operating within ones already established
  • A systems thinker, comfortable moving between granular admin and higher-altitude strategy, and okay with the admin work even when it’s the less exciting part of the week
  • A track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder coordination to completion, and of managing relationships with senior or powerful stakeholders while holding clear boundaries
  • A temperament for substance over hype. You believe in being additive, not noisy, and you listen closely before making assumptions
  • Open to learning on the job and forming your point of view through the work, rather than arriving with fixed answers about what the field needs
  • Interested in our mission and excited to help democratize career access for the learners who need it most

Preferred:

  • Edtech and/or AI experience
  • Experience building, growing, or sustaining a community, coalition, or membership program
  • Project management experience coordinating cross-organizational initiatives
  • Familiarity with cross-sector or coalition environments where members span practitioners, institutions, employers, funders, and technology builders
  • Interest in learning and using new tools and technologies to keep a community organized and connected

Compensation: $62–$75 per hour, with full-time employee conversion as a possibility, dependent on organizational capacity and demonstrated fit.

Location: CareerVillage has team members around the world, with an HQ in Palo Alto, CA. We are flexible on location within the United States, but must be able to work 9A-5P in Eastern (ET), Central (CT), or Pacific (PT) time zones

Job Type: Full-time contractor (~40 hours/week)

Work authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. CareerVillage is not sponsoring visas or work authorization at this time.

To apply: Please apply through our Greenhouse job posting. Applications require a resume, LinkedIn profile URL, cover letter, and responses to two short prompts (see below). Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. If you have any questions, please email us at hiring@careervillage.org with “Strategic Partnerships Manager” in the subject line.

A note on AI: While we welcome AI as a tool, nothing beats a response that is personal and authentic.

CareerVillage is an Equal Opportunity Employer

CareerVillage is an equal opportunity organization that celebrates diversity (for more information about our approach, check out our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Guidelines). Diversity includes race, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, size, religion, sexual orientation, parental status, socioeconomic background, and many other parts of an individual’s identity. We are a fair choice employer: qualified applicants with a history of arrest or conviction are welcome to apply and will be considered for this role. Each team member’s perspective is integral to our success, and fostering an inclusive environment is everyone’s responsibility. At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Marketing SEO & CRO Manager at space150

Leads organic search strategy and CRO initiatives across client portfolios, managing technical SEO, analytics, and AI-powered optimization while collaborating across media and engineering teams.

Senior Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Position Overview

space150 exists to put brands on the forefront of culture and technology, to help them keep up, get ahead and stand out. We destroy convention to create demand. space150 is looking for a person to help us maintain and grow our position as a future-forward digital agency by leading the evolution of marketing website visibility for humans, search engines, and LLMs. You’ll be the agency’s senior authority on organic search across a client roster that spans regulated med-tech, DTC ecommerce, and national consumer brands. You’ll set strategy, own technical SEO, collaborate with paid media for a holistic paid + organic view, measure the impact of brand shifts on demand and performance, present to clients, and help our new-business team sell search as a capability.

We’re also looking for someone whose thinking doesn’t stop at the SERP. The best organic programs we’ve run were the ones where the same person could follow a session from impression through to conversion, spot where the site was leaking qualified traffic, and design a test to fix it. If you’ve built that muscle across SEO, web analytics, and CRO, this role is designed for you.

And we’re looking for someone who has already rewired how they work around AI. Not “familiar with AI tools.” We mean you reach for a model the way you reach for a spreadsheet, to crawl and classify at a scale a human can’t, to turn a 40,000-URL export into a prioritized Jira backlog in an afternoon, to draft, critique, and pressure-test your own recommendations before a client ever sees them. Search itself is being rebuilt by these systems; the person leading our organic practice should be fluent in them from the inside, not just reading about what they’re doing to the SERP. This is the single biggest force multiplier available to a practitioner in this discipline right now, and we want someone who treats it that way.

You’ll join senior, accountable teams with media, analytics, and engineering in-house at space150 and collaborate directly with clients and other partners.

Primary Functions

Organic search strategy & execution

  • Own organic search strategy end to end for a portfolio of clients: technical audits, information architecture, on-page optimization, internal linking, content roadmaps, and measurement.
  • Run technical SEO diagnostics and translate them into prioritized, developer-ready backlogs. Partner with space150’s engineering and web teams or client-assigned engineering teams to implement fixes.
  • Develop keyword and topic strategy grounded in commercial intent and search demand, not volume for its own sake.
  • Build and own a point of view on AI search visibility (AI Overviews, LLM citation, AEO/GEO). Advise clients on what’s changing, what’s measurable, and what’s noise.
  • Manage the organic search tool stack and make the case for what we license.

Analytics & measurement

  • Own organic performance measurement: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Looker Studio, and server-side/GTM tagging where organic conversion tracking is involved.
  • Build reporting that connects organic visibility to business outcomes (qualified leads, revenue, LTV), not just rankings and sessions.
  • Partner with our analytics team on cross-channel attribution questions, especially where organic and paid search overlap.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Audit conversion paths on client sites and identify friction between organic landing and conversion.
  • Design and run experiments (A/B, multivariate, UX) in partnership with our UX, creative, and development teams.
  • Advise on messaging, CTAs, form design, and content placement based on behavioral data.
  • Bring a testing discipline to the work: clear hypotheses, honest reads, documented learnings including the losses.

Working with AI

  • Use frontier AI platforms as core daily infrastructure. We’re deep users of Claude and Claude Code, Gemini, and the OpenAI stack, and we’re deliberately platform-agnostic, we care far less about which model you prefer than about what you’ve gotten it to do.
  • Build your own tooling. Crawl parsing, log file analysis, SERP and citation monitoring, structured data validation, GSC and GA4 pulls, competitive tracking, QA sweeps across hundreds of templates, if it’s repetitive, we expect you to automate it rather than budget hours for it. Comfort in a terminal, with an API, or with an agentic coding tool matters more here than a CS degree.
  • Verify relentlessly. You know where these systems hallucinate, you spot-check numbers, and you never put a figure in front of a client you can’t trace back to source.
  • Raise the floor for the team. Share prompts, workflows, and tools you build internally. Help set the standard for how AI is used responsibly across client work, including where client data and regulated content mean it can’t be used at all.
  • Bring a practitioner’s read on where this goes next. As LLMs become a discovery surface in their own right, you’ll help clients  figure out what “visibility” means when the answer never renders a blue link.

Client leadership & new business

  • Serve as the senior organic search voice in client meetings. Present findings, defend recommendations, and handle pushback with credibility.
  • Contribute to pitches, RFP responses, and scoping. Help us package and price SEO, GEO, and CRO as sellable services.
  • Establish the internal standards, templates, and QA process for organic work agency-wide.

Expertise & Experience

  • 6–10 years in SEO and/or CRO, with a meaningful share of that in an agency or multi-brand environment.

  • Website Technical: structured data, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals, site migrations, indexation troubleshooting, CMS and Front-End Literacy

  • Analytics/Tagging: Fluent GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, must have bonus -  SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or PowerBI and Shopify

  • Software Lifecycle tooling a big plus for integration with our engineering team (Git workflows, PR process, etc)

  • CRO: experiment design, sample size and significance, and the tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, or similar

  • SEO: Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center

At space150, we are committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. The salary range for this role is based on numerous factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

In addition to base compensation, space150 offers a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited paid time off, including generous vacation
  • Life Insurance (basic, voluntary & AD&D)
  • Family Leave (parental leave)
  • Short & Long Term Disability
  • Hybrid Work Environment (Tuesdays & Thursdays in office)
